Pros: Excellent location, very walkable to shops and restaurants, very close to the ocean. The location is a 10/10. Front desk staff were nice. Cons: Very noisy, was hard to get a full nights sleep in due to hearing all the noise from the people’s rooms above us. Also, cleanliness was disappointing. Old hair was found on the walls and drain in the shower and also the sheets in the bed. Very dusty. All of the bathroom towels and bedsheets smelled like mildew. At night the HVAC AC system picked up the cigarette smoke outside and our room smelled like smoke. Based on our experience we probably wouldn’t want to stay here again for the Cons reasons, especially since we did pay a lot and there were many other hotels nearby that could suit our overall cleanliness and noise levels needs more.

Gem in the heart of Biarritz
A lovely small hotel right in the centre of the old part of Biarritz, just a few steps from the beach. My room was small but perfectly formed, light & modern with great eco touches. The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming, friendly & helpful. A nice extra touch was the all day coffee, croissants & water in the chill out room. Highly recommended

No se puede descansar
El Hotel es limpio y bien decorado. Bien ubicado para la playa y el centro ciudad. Yo no volvería porqué no se puede dormir , las habitaciones no estan insonorizadas, se escucha toda la musica de los bares de la calle que cierran a las 2 de la madruga y claro despues se quedan las personas hasta las 5 o 6 de la mañana. Deberian avisar no pueden cobrar tanto para no poder descansar.

Bra beliggenhet, for hard seng
Perfekt beliggenhet, veldig sentralt, men også dessverre en del bråk fra restauranter og barer i gaten under. Fin innredning på rommet, fint bad men uten baderomsartikler. Bra aircondition, og romslig klesskap, men alt for hard seng. Vi begge fikk vondt i rygg og skuldre av 3 netter her og gledet oss til å sjekke ut av den grunn. Ellers trivdes vi svært godt i Biarritz og var veldig fornøyd med lokalisasjonen for hotellet. Personalet var hyggelige og behjelpelige. Frokosten var ikke verdt 15 euro, kan heller anbefale små kafeer lengre oppe i gaten som Margaret, som hadde både gode baguetter og kaffe.

Biarritz Hyper centre
Petit hôtel très sympa, cocconning, nature dans la déco. La literie est nickel, le personnel très dispo et super souriant prêt à aider les clients dans le service. La situation est parfaite juste en face de l'océan, près de Port-Vieux, en plein centre ville. S'il faut dire un point d'amélioration : je parlerais de la literie, qui est certes très confort, mais qui grince un peu ;-)

tromperie sur la chambre : vendue comme chambre familial à 4 lits ; en fait 4 capsules avec un couchage ; pas de chaise . accueil déplorable : la jeune fille veut absolument avoir raison : c'est au client de comprendre que la chambre est au prix d 'une auberge de jeunesse , comme elle dit , mais 4 capsules égales 185 euros. le lendemain nous dit qu 'il y a des places pour se garer : discours différent dans les autres hotels , car effectivement il n y a aucune place le wend ; ma famille qui est sur place m 'avait déconseille le palmito ; je confirme ;

Après vérification de votre réservation vous aviez bien réservé la chambre quadruple économique qui est composée des 4 lits capsules comme la description et les photos l'indiquent et non la chambre familiale.. De plus, l'hôtel étant complet ce week-end elle n'a pas pu vous proposer une autre chambre que celle que vous aviez réservé en ligne. La Team Palmito

Très bien situé, mais chambre sur rue à éviter
Évitez une chambre sur la rue, environnement très très bruyant. C’est dommage car l’hôtel est vraiment très bien, déco, literie, mais la chambre sur rue à gâcher notre séjour.

Boutique hotel charmant et bien placé
Nouvel hôtel idéalement placé encore en rodage, belle chambre, calme, bien décorée et fonctionnelle. Personnel très accueillant et plein de bonne volonté. L’entrée mériterait d’être un peu plus accueillante (c'est un couloir) et il faut absolument que l’hôtel règle le problème de wifi au 4e étage et qu'on puisse éteindre soi même la clim dans la chambre.
