"Je tiens tout d abord à m excuser auprès d Olivier pour le désagrément causer par mes soins . Lors de mon séjour de 2 nuits j ai profité de la piscine. Suite à ma baignade j ai pris une douche et c'est là que j ai remarqué que mon short de bain était entrain de lâcher une couleur rose, qui a malheureusement tâcher le sol dr la douche et le tapis de bain blanc/ gris. Top Biarritz Hotel Reviews

Hotel le Windsor Grande Plage Biarritz

8/10 Good

"Breakfast offer was above the expectations Fresh and warm croissants, good coffee and excellent attention from the staff of the hotel Great job Will return there"

Résidence Vacances Bleues Le Grand Large

8/10 Good

"We chose this aparthotel for the wonderful views from the upper storeys and they were indeed fantastic. We also found the breakfast (reasonably good) and the underground parking convenient, The reception staff were very helpful. My main concern was that there was no heating even though the weather was bad and the temperature outside was around 14°. The room was quite well equipped but it was not very cosy sitting there of an October evening."

Nemea Appart Hotel Les Hauts de Milady Biarritz

8/10 Good

"They really need to look at their cleaning training and general customer expectations. Our closest was filthy, one towel each for a week, half a toilet roll, stains on sheets. However, staff were receptive to our complaints. Breakfast was excellent, pool was great, location was great too."
