ArrivĂ©e dans un environnement bucolique au bord d’un lac sur un site calme, verdoyant avec piscines dont une couverte. Un accueil sympathique du personnel mais des horaires trĂšs restrictifs. J'ai Ă©tĂ© surprise de dĂ©couvrir que j'Ă©tais dans un Ă©tablissement de rĂ©sidence de tourisme, donc sans service hĂŽtelier ! La prĂ©sentation sur votre site ne correspond pas Ă  un type d’hĂŽtellerie classique mais Ă  un camping Ă©quipĂ© de bungalow pour des sĂ©jours d’une durĂ©e plus longue qu’une simple nuit pour 2 personnes. Le prix prĂ©sentĂ© sur le site ne correspond pas non plus au prix dĂ©finitif car il m’a fallut payer en supplĂ©ment le linge de lit, le linge de salle de bain. N'ai-je pas su lire toutes les informations sur cet Ă©tablissement ou ne sont- elle pas mentionnĂ©es ?? Le rapport qualitĂ©, prix est trĂšs dĂ©cevant car il m’a fallu faire le lit, ranger les draps et les serviettes aprĂšs utilisation dans un sac dĂ©diĂ©, faire le mĂ©nage et porter les poubelles dans les containers prĂ©vus Ă  cet effet ? L’offre prĂ©sentĂ©e n’était pas adaptĂ©e Ă  ce que je rĂ©serve habituellement depuis plus de 4ans sur votre site.
