"Incredibly friendly staff all throughout the stay. From front desk to restaurant. The rooms were clean and a good size. Food in the restaurant was way better than we ever expected. The proximity to the tram stop (<30m) is a real asset. Either to the airport in 5minutes or to the city centre in 35 - for less than two euros! But most notable was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff!"

"We used the best western for a our journey to Spain twice, this year forward journey and return, nice clean hotel, comfortable beds, this is our 3rd stay in the hotel, staff very friendly, clean rooms, was a good half way stop, nice Chinese place around 2 miles away, would recommend anyone to stay "
