Amazing hotel.

The amazing town of Bettona was the perfect start to our holiday. The hotel staff were welcoming and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Views from the terrace were superb. Something for everyone at breakfast, which was tasteful and plentiful. We would highly recommend and definitely stay here again.

The views were incredible! The historical values and sense of being made every moment special. The location on the mountain top made you feel safe, protected and relaxed. The staff was gracefully accommodating and tended to our every want and need! This was my second stay here and it won't be my last...we LOVE it here!

We loved our stay here! The staff was so helpful in giving us recommendations for places to visit and restaurants. The restaurant at the resort was amazing- the food was perfect, and the staff were engaging. The room was beautiful and we rested well. We would go back to this beautiful resort and town. The view is spectacular especially for the sunset from the restaurant terrace along with the night views of Assisi and Perugia on the above balconies.

i Pro: Personale ottimo, ristorante ottimo e cibo ottimo, panorama dal terrazzo mozzafiato; Contro: letto con materasso sfondato, lenzuola coprimaterasso troppo consumate (buchi), la doccia poca acqua e troppo tempo per riscaldarsi. Nel complesso visto che le cose negative sono migliorabili con poco, direi che la struttura la consiglierei ad altri.

Mooie locatie in een idyllisch dorp. Helaas is dit goede hotel en restaurant ook gelijk het enig wat dit dorp aan activiteiten heeft. Er is bijna niets anders te doen dan bij dit goede hotel en restaurant. Met name het restaurant heeft een goede kaart met heerlijke gerechten. We hebben er erg goed gegeten.

Bettona Si, Relais No

Locatie en uitzicht is geweldig. Bettona zelf is een leuke dorp. Het Hotel zelf heeft zijn charme maar wanneer je er een paar nachten geslapen hebt komen de gebreken en verbeterpunten naar boven. Hou je van een goede douche dan moet je helaas genoegen nemen met een zeer lage waterdruk en weinig water. De douchecabine is helaas aan de kleine kant. Maar aan de andere kant is er naast de wc ook een bidet. Als je niet van insecten houdt dan kan je de ramen helaas niet openen want daar vliegen supermuggen en bijen waar je U tegen zegt. Dus een plisse raamhor zodat je altijd nog van het uitzicht kan genieten en savond de ramen open kan zetten als je niet van Airconditioning houdt is zeer welkom. Airconditionings zijn ook aan een reiniging toe want de filters ruiken muf zo dus ook de kamer daardoor. De kamers zijn ook donker. Het ontbijt valt ook tegen. Je bent in Umbrie dan denk je aan olijven en olijfolie en meerdere italiaanse kazen, of italiaanse groenten van de streek. Maar niks te zien bij het ontbijt zoals olijven, komkommers, tomaten, mozarella, pecorino etc. Een olijfolie dip bijvoorbeeld zou al het verschil maken. Het zwembad oogt groot op de foto maar is het niet in werkelijkheid. Het terras is geweldig zowel overdag als in de avond.

Una notte in un borgo antico

Struttura interessante con affaccio panoramico sulla valle, il paesino è molto caratteristico. La struttura per essere all'interno di un antico borgo risulta poco agevole a motivo di gradini etc. Le docce sarebbero da rendere più moderne e confortevoli (almeno quella della camera dove abbiamo alloggiato). Trattandosi di un 4 stelle stupisce che le bottigliette d'acqua nel frigobar fossero a pagamento.

Pessimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Struttura decadente sicuramente da ristrutturare per poter essere un quattro stelle. Sensazione di lusso ed esclusività totalmente assenti. Le fotografie traggono in inganno. Servizi mediocri, piscina piccola e di difficile fruizione (pochi posti da prenotare con anticipo), colazione priva di prodotti locali. Bella vista della terrazza della colazione. Camera 104, difetti: sciaquone del wc poco funzionante, aria condizionata insufficiente, telecomando TV mancante (anche se il personale si é prodigato per risolvere quest'ultimo problema). Unica nota positiva: stanze silenziose. Per 150€ a notte ci si aspetta una struttura decisamente migliore.
