"The outside of the place is not bad, and the inside is clean. The room itself is very nice. However, the air conditioning did not stay cool throughout the day, and at night I could not sleep well because the room became too warm. Without cool air, my anxiety started to come back. The staffs are friendly."

"The unit was clean, and check in/out was super easy. The kitchen had dishes, utensils, small pots and pans, a full fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and a portable stove unit. We really appreciated that towels and shampoo/conditioner/lotion were provided as well! Perfect for a budget-friendly trip!"

"Loved that there was free parking because parking is a big issue in Miami. The environment was clean and cozy. The check in process was quick and seamless. It would be nice if there was a bottle of water in the fridge at least. Even if it came at a cost, it would have been nice to have something to drink inside. The mattress was an issue because it was worn and had a sink in the middle. I had to use the cushions to help to keep me level on the bed to avoid back pain. The mattress in Room 2...

"The place was nice, loved the canal and wildlife outback and easy access to outside was nice. But the cleaning at 2 in the morning and waking my husband up was a bit unnecessary. And the only other thing is the doorknob to our back door (rm 5) needs fixed so it latches properly."

"Lovely apartment located in the heart of Midtown, next door to supermarkets, stores, and several restaurants. The apartment itself was well-appointed and had everything we needed to make ourselves comfortable. I traveled with my husband and infant daughter and had a great stay here."
