"Sehr schönes kleines Hotel mit reichlichem Frühstücksbuffet. Standard Doppelzimmer ohne Balkon etwas spartanisch aber praktisch eingerichtet, für 1 Durchgangsübernachtung völlig in Ordnung. Zimmer mit Balkon sicherlich hübscher. Essensangebot extrem gut. Sehr freundliches & hilfbereites Personal. Hotel insgesamt schon zu empfehlen!"

Enda anmärkningen jag har är att jag tycker det är så synd när hotell vill ha det öppet till badrummet. Det framgår visserligen tydligt på bilderna (därför har jag inte sänkt betyget) att badrummet inte är ett eget rum men jag förstår inte hur man kan tro att folk inte vill ha möjlighet till lite privacy när man ska duscha och gå på toaletten. Det blir också väldigt opraktiskt...

"Literally the hosts had their family staying with them so it felt like staying with family which I really enjoyed. They have a beautiful facility on a hillside with a great view of the valley and were very accommodating for us and our baby. bed was surprisingly comfortable. They gave great recommendations for food in the area. We just stayed one night on the way to the Dolomites and wanted to go to the Tauren SPA but jet lag and getting sick changed those plans so it was just an overnight stay...

"Alpenhaus Kaprun is a fabulous hotel - great location for ski lifts and shops, very comfortable and spacious rooms, really great food (we were half board) and super friendly and accommodating staff. "It was a great apartment but the downside is that there is no insect blinds on the windows which resulted in tonnes of flies coming in. We have been killing flies all night long 😑 Apart from that it is very clean and spacious with a big shared garden. "

The hotel is excellently organized for the needs of skiers with lift tickets, rentals and ski storage all on site and information provided by the helpful staff.
