"I stayed here with my father, husband and son in July. I cannot stress enough how beautiful this hotel is. I cannot stress enough how warm and welcoming and incredible the owner is. My father is originally from Bethlehem and him and my mother had walked by this hotel on their last trip and met the owner and his mom by happenstance walking by to visit the holy sites. It’s location is perfect ( located in the heart of the city) . The food was perfect and delicious. The hotel and it rooms were very clean and comfortable. "We arrived on Christmas Eve at around 3:45AM, and someone was there to open the door for us which was incredible. Everyone was extremely nice the entire time we were there and made us feel like family. The location was good, but the room could really have used a good cleaning because it wasn't the cleanest place. The breakfast didn't look great, but actually tasted pretty good. I would stay here again if I was in the area based on the friendliness of the staff and location."

ALL THE REST. everything is dirty, the sheets, the blankets the windows, dusty cabinets. the walls and windows are moist and full of moldiness and fungus. you smell the moist and fungus all over the place especially from the bathroom. i got sick after first night , and i sneezed like i never did before. the white paint is peeling off and falling from the walls and form the ceiling to the beds. most of the electric outlets are not...
