"Staff very friendly especially the breakfast staff. Excellent selection and beautiful food. Room was lovely although a bit dated but still very comfortable and spacious for the price and Location. Our second stay here and will definitely be back again. "

"The stay was excellent and the rooms were really well designed. I also appreciate how they were able to extend my booking last minute. The best part of this hotel is access to downtown Newcastle by foot and access to the train station or metro. The only thing I don't recommend is the restaurant on the 2nd floor.
