"I like the location of the hotel. It's right across the Ark Encounter which was one of our itinerary. I also like that the rooms are on the ground level and can parked our car right outside our room. I sure will recommend this hotel to our friends."

"Loved the convenience to the Ark. The breakfast was good. Staff were very helpful and very pleasant. However I thought some things were looking tired and worn. For example the carpet in the hall and in our room on floor 5. Otherwise, it was perfect."

"The staff was awesome! We were going to be gone during the cookie and popcorn time and the staff lady saved us some good chocolate chip cookies for when we got back, which was after 10 pm 😁 Breakfast- the potatoes were too soft and mushy as well as luke warm. The waffles were great! Chocolate chips, powdered sugar and whipped cream made them even better! We had 2 complaints: 1). The room was not dark enough. The exterior light was shining in the window and the curtains would not close enough to keep the light out as well as there was light coming in around the window. Light also came in from under the door from the hallway. Half way through the night I put a towel down against the bottom of the door. It helped some. The bed was a little hard so between the light issue and the bed I did not sleep well. Overall I would stay there again😜"
