"Not great. Nice guy at desk accidentally wrote wrong room # on card and told me wrong room #. I lugged my stuff upstairs and got to “my” room only to have the door opened and a rude dude tell me 201 was his room. Lugged all my junk back downstairs to lobby. Oops. Frustrating but nbd. No body wash in tub, empty, nbd, had bar soap. WiFi didn’t work, just spun and spun. Not dirty, but I sure wasn’t bathing in the tub, glad I didn’t because shower water backed up quite a bit. Sheets kinda smelly, pillows horrendous. Granted I’m bougie, but if you’re bougie too, just spend that extra $ and get a nicer hotel."
"The room was large but there was an odd smell when you came in the room. The shower had been redone and looked fabulous. The shower head had a water saver installed some the pressure was lacking, took 3 times as long to shower. Did do a load of laundry while staying. Didn't check out the pool."
"We have stayed at this property before for baseball and have not had any issues. This time, we arrived later in the night. We got up to the room, the curtains were on the floor, the beds looked like they had been laid in already, there were piles of hair on the floor, food on the chair, spiders crawling on the floor, and the mirrors were so dirty. We went back downstairs and spoke with the front desk. They tried to help and went upstairs to clean the room. We were told they did not have another room to move us to. After waiting 30 mins in the lobby, we went back to the room. It was cleaner but there was still hair all over the beds and imbedded in the all the towels. The curtains fell again and while closing the bathroom door, the handle fell off. I was charged $270 for 1 night. Prior to leaving this morning, a house keeper knocked on the door and asked if we were checking out. She was barefoot….. Will never stay here again."
