"Excellent location. Good breakfast, although repetitive after several days. Parking inconvenient, but usable. My biggest problem was that my laptop simply disappeared from the room on my departure day. When I emailed the hotel, I received no response, and when they didn't reply, I called and they simply said they didn't have it. Poor service in that regard. I couldn't return there."

"Favorite place we stayed at while traveling in Switzerland. Incredible staff, amazing rooms, and convenient location. The shuttle service offered was something we didn’t know we needed but was sooo thankful to have. We really appreciate the front desk staff for all their help "

"Apartment was excellent and is quite big and very new and very clean. It had everthing you need expect for a washing machine and would definitely stay here again. The position is perfect as it is right on the train station and you do not hear the trains. Easy access to get to the attractions and supermarket acros the road as it is so expensive to eat in Switzerland when converting from Australian dollars. 9.5 out of 10 rating from us."
