"I just traveled thru Switzerland with a high school buddy and his wife. They left the booking of hotels up to me and I booked us at the Jungfrau Hotel in Wilderswil. My intent was to take them to the Lauterbrunnen area, Schilthorn, Birg, Wengen & Murren. We were only there for 2 nights but it turned out to be great. They loved the hotel and I did as well. Easy walk from the train station. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was amazing. Being from the states I like my bacon and eggs....

"There are 2 properties, one is the main hotel, Adastra, and the other is AdHoc which is located a short walk away and has very limited on site facilities. The main Hotel is where I stay and the restaurant/bar is very good. Excellent food and very friendly staff. On my last visit I needed to get to the train station urgently and no taxis were available. "This rental is a DUMP. The exterior is littered with garbage, old lawn furniture, broken playground equipment, discarded building materials and dead mice. The inside is camped, dark and dirty (our white socks were filthy two seconds after walking around the house). The village of Saxeten, however, is lovely. It is remote, peaceful and surrounded by gorgeous mountains. Many of the homes here are very tidy and well-kept, so this rental seems to be a blight to the community"
