I have stayed here twice for vacation travel. Very nice hotel with large, clean rooms and comfortable furnishings. The complimentary breakfast was great and the location cannot be beat. The park across the street is great for morning exercise and evening strolls, train accessible, and it's just minutes to the busy hub of Alexanderplatz for shopping, sightseeing, dining and transportation.

The property is in a cool neighborhood with plenty to see and do nearby. Without having to go into downtown. They are very strick with check in times. Good staff!

It was a little distance away from Berlin's main attractions, but we were visiting family living there. We did not eat at the hotel, and the bar was closed on Sunday when we would have had a beer or cocktail, but we enjoyed several decent restaurants in the neighborhood. Shopping is also available with many small local shops, but of course, these are all closed on Sundays.

This hotel was in a convenient location near trams and not too far from the Berlin Hbf. We were able to walk to the hotel from the tram. It is across the street from this lovely, huge park with many trees and fountains. So quaint! Church bells ring on the hour adding to the atmosphere. The hotel was very clean, the front desk was open 24 hours a day, the breakfast had many selections, and our room was great! Nice double size bed, comfortable mattress and comforters. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Not sure there is enough value for money

A little worn, but trying its best. Made the mistake of trying to visit Berlin during the Berlin Marathon weekend. For the rate I was paying, it did not meet up to my expectations. Nice folk at reception and no complaints about noise (felt like the only guest there). Still, I would have loved for a Bar that was open, a workout room and some of the other amenities I expect from a 4-star hotel.

I try to stay at this hotel whenever I am in Berlin. The rooms are great, very spacious, the staff efficient and helpful. The restaurant has a varied menu but is shut on Sundays.

The location of the hotel is amazing - three stops away from Alexanderplatz, very close to one of Berlin’s nicest parks (Volkspark Friedrichshain), in a quiet area but super central. Staff were friendly and rooms were quiet and clean

Great hotel for quiet, peaceful sleeping. Will stay again and highly recommend it. Only one criticism, wish they would close the door next to the outside smoking bench so the 5 floor-high lobby doesn’t fill with cigarette smoke.
