Apartment was clean and nice. However right next to the train station, so I found it difficult to sleep. The area around the apartment is vibrant but I did not feel safe. This could be subjective. In terms of positives - it is right next to the station so travel would be easy. The train at this station goes to the airport directly. The apartment is clean and convenient.

The room was warm and spotless, loved the bathroom. It was unexpectedly quiet despite the train running below. But it was so convenient for us, with mobility issues to be able to jump on the train so close during our stay. Especially when you are back late at night.

So much better than expected!! so many food shops in the area and so much to do! There’s also a train station right outside which is very convenient. Beware of the no air con tho ! we were boiling!! There was a fan however

Transport links good, grocery stores and restaurants very nearby, beds very comfortable, bathroom excellent. Clean. Very small, no built in air con, but portable unit provided- the weather wasn't very hot (approx 21C) luckily otherwise would have been unbearably hot. Window wouldnt shut. Noisy in the day but surprisingly quiet at night so got a good nights sleep.

Fine for what we needed. We didn’t stay much in the room. We were surprised that the train was right outside our window. The area of town was a little rough—but we just made sure to go out all together. The host is very responsive and instructions were very clear and easy.

Poor communication

Booked through Hotels.com, but the rest is handled through another website, and they do not communicate. Appaerently you have to register in advance to Get accsess to the apartment. Quite «shady» area, and the front door was not locked and anybody could Get in. The room was to hot, no AC. No windows to open. The last day of the stay we recieved a mail informing us that we had to wash the dishes, and take out the trash.

Spend a little extra and stay somewhere else! Day before arrival I get an email stating the hotel has not been paid for by Expedia and in order to keep my reservation I needed to pay the full amount of the hotel again. Reached out to Expedia and they tried the hotel, about an hour later it was finally taken care of. Arrived at the hotel and the room code they gave us did not work, the towels had blood or a red substance on them they told me in the chat they would come and clean the room the following day, that never happened. I also let them know, we were out of paper towels and the hand soap in the bathroom sink was empty, we were without paper towels and hand soap the entire trip. The room is VERY small, very hard for 3 adults to move around. Room has one window that tilts open and barely a breeze comes in. Couple days into the stay I reached back out letting them know we had no toilet paper, still no paper towels and still no hand soap, before the end of the day we finally got toilet paper. On the day before we checked out our room code did not work. Reached out in the chat and they saw my comments, but no response. I had to finally call and after a couple codes, we were finally able to get into our room. Hotel is not a suite as they state in the name and is not in the best area, although we never felt unsafe. Positive note, hotel staff was nice and they always had hot water. Again I would recommend digging a little deeper and stay at another hotel.

No tuve contacto Directo con el personal. Si me gustó el apartamento, pero algo no concuerda, muy bien la limpieza y todo en su sitio. Pero hace mal efecto la falta de mantenimiento, como por ejemplo faltaba una luz, otras dos rotas y colgando o una mínima mano de pintura. Pero por lo general bien, A muy importante el colchón estaba undipo por el centro

Très bruyant

Les chambres se trouvent dans un complexe type EPADH, c'est assez surprenant. Le fait d'être à 1 mn à pied d'un RER type S, cela peut être hyper pratique mais également hyper bruyant car en fonctionnement jusqu'à 1h30 du matin et ça recommence vers 5h du matin. Mise à disposition de boule quies dans la chambre.
