I had a fantastic stay at Mercure Hotel Berlin City! The hotel was clean and everything felt very well maintained and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile and great local tips. The location is excellent. It's a few steps away from the tram and just a few minutes’ walk from the U-Bahn, which made getting around Berlin quick and easy. It was the perfect base for exploring the city. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Berlin!

Located close to central station and u-bahn. Clean rooms. Bar area didnt seem staffed - maybe it was just my timing. I didnt deduct points as others might not care, but having chosen the hotel since it had a kettle, i was not impressed by having to drink out of a nasty plastic cup.

Lovely hotel in a great location, close to many public transport options but also not too far a walk from the main sites if you like to get around by foot. Facilities were lovely, bed was really comfortable, and the area itself is nice and quiet. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Berlin.
