Hotel w dobrej cenie

Hotel jest kilka minut od Alexanderplatz, w pobliżu sporo miejsc do zaparkowania. Dość oryginalne jest to, że pokoje mają balkony.Szkoda, że nie ma lodówek w pokojach. Jak na ten rejon miasta cena hotelu jest bardzo fajna.

Schrecklich!

Ich hab selten so ein gammeliges Hotel gesehen. Die Wände waren dreckig, von den Türen und Rahmen ging die Farbe ab und die Stühle waren einfach nur ranzig, sodass man sich nicht darauf setzen wollte. Mercure steht eigentlich für einen gewissen Standard, den dieses Hotel keineswegs erfüllt. Nicht zu empfehlen!

Ich war schon oft in diesem Hotel und bisher immer zufrieden, dieses mal habe ich wohl Pech gehabt. Zimmer 70....in einem schlechten Zustand, Teppichboden nur mit Schuhen betretbar so dreckig wie dieser ist überkommt einem ein Ekelgefühl ! Ein Gestank in diesem Zimmer der kaum auszuhalten ist, Fenster kann auf Grund des Gülleartigen Geruchs nicht geschlossen werden, an Schlaf nicht zu denken bei diesem Straßenlärm. Sehr schade eigentlich Trotzdem werde ich wieder kommen, weil ich die anderen male sehr zufrieden war

Das Hotel insgesamt liegt günstig und ist gut zu erreichen. Das Personal war freundlich und die Zimmer großzügig. Auch wenn das Bad noch alten Charme versprühte war es sauber , außerdem gab es einen großen Balkon. Einziger Schwachpunkt: das Zimmer lag zur Strassenbahnseite, es war unmöglich ein Auge in der Nacht zu schließen, das könnte sicher anders sein, wenn man die abgewandte Seite bewohnt- danach fragen wir dann das nächste Mal.

Die Lage des Hotels nähe Alexanderplatz ist ganz günstig und es ist sauber, aber das wars dann auch schon. Dieses Hotel ist alles andere als ein Drei-Sterne-Haus. Die Flure und geräumigen Zimmer mit Balkon sind veraltet und renovierungsbedürftig genauso wie das ganze Gebäude, das seine Glanzzeiten noch in der DDR vor mehr als 30 Jahren hatte. Besonders merkte man das am Abwassersystem, das des nachts immer wieder unvermittelt so laut schnorchelte, das man nicht durchschlafen konnte. Auf das laute Schnorcheln -wohl immer dann, wenn irgendwo im Haus ein Klo gespült wurde - folgte ein entsetzlicher Gestank nach Gülle, dass sich einem der Magen umdrehte. Tja, und die nähere Umgebung konnte das auch nicht wettmachen. Der Ausblick auf die benachbarte Ruinenwelt am Rande des Alexanderplatzes war alles andere als schön oder einladend.

Not impressed with Hotel

We were a bit taken aback by the shabby carpeting in the room, which was quite stained. The room smelled of stale smoke. There was a fan supplied but this had a broken lid and it squeaked when in use. We were not informed on arrival that there was no kettle or tea/coffee facilities in the room. We had to go down to Reception to ask about this, where they told us there was a box with kettle etc available. It would have been better that they had offered us this when we checked in. The bed was clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was also clean and fresh towels were left every day. There was quite a busy road outside and, although there was some road noise during the night, the soundproofing was good.

It was easy to find and good transport links nearby for all public transport. Bus and tram stops outside and a few minutes walk to Alexanderplatz station with main railway line, underground and S-Bahn Staff at check-in were helpful, friendly and polite, check-in was easy. Room was a good size with a balcony and very clean

Check In war freundlich. Das Zimmer entsprach dann doch nicht ganz den Erwartungen. Duschtür kaputt, muffiger Geruch und altmodische Möbilierung. Für eine Übernachtung zwar ganz okay aber eine längere Übernachtung wäre etz auch nicht so nice gewesen

Wirklich sehr zentrales Hotel, Alex etc. alles zu Fuß zu erreichen, allerdings etwas heruntergekommen von außen wie auch die Zimmer. Service ging super schnell Personal sehr freundlich.

Der Teppich im Zimmer war extrem schmutzig. Es gab nicht einmal Trinkgläser oder ein Wasserkocher im Zimmer. Die Duschkabine war kaputt. Das Zimmer wurde nicht anständig geputzt. Eine Klimaanlage gab es auch nicht.

The hotel is completely out of date. The price is not according with the service and rooms they have. The internet is the worst I ever had in my life, it’s not possible to work like that., and the soundproofed rooms only works for the winter, in summer it is impossible to rest with the windows open. Also they don’t have coffee and tee maker how the website says.

War sauber und gut gelegen. Es gibt viele öffentliche Parkplätze um das Hotel herum. Es ist auch sehr ruhig und der Balkon ist toll für Sommerabende und natürlich auch gut für Raucher, die nicht das Zimmer verlassen wollen. Es gab leider keine Klimaanlage jedoch einen sehr starken Ventilator der seinen Zweck auch tut. Im Großen und Ganzen würde ich es empfehlen wenn man für ein paar Tage in Berlin ist.

Vorab muss ich sagen, dass das Personal beim Check-In und Check-Out immer sehr freundlich war. Allerdings war unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel leider insgesamt doch sehr enttäuschend. Bei unserer Ankunft mussten wir bereits feststellen, dass das Hotel von außen sehr heruntergekommen zu sein scheint. Als wir dann unser Zimmer betraten, haben wir bemerkt, dass auch dieses sehr heruntergekommen ist und überhaupt nicht den Bildern im Internet entspricht. Die Möbel waren alle sehr alt, die Wände voller Macken. Ein sehr renovierungsbedürftiges Hotel, aber für einen Kurztrip ok, wenn es wenigstens sauber gewesen wäre. Der Teppichboden im kompletten Hotel wurde scheinbar jahrelang nicht gereinigt und ist voller Flecken. In unserem Zimmer konnte man zumindest erkennen, dass zuvor eine Reinigungskraft da war, da wir frische Handtücher und frisch bezogene Betten hatten. Das war aber auch schon alles. Die Toilette hatte einige Flecken, welche ich selbst beseitigen musste. In der Deckenleuchte waren tote Insekten zu sehen! Egal, wo man hinsah, überall entdeckte man Flecken. Ein absolutes No-Go. Alles in einem, trotz der wirklich sehr zentralen Lage, leider ein enttäuschender Aufenthalt. Man kann bei einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse zumindest verlangen, dass es sauber ist. Nochmal würden wir hier nicht übernachten wollen. Auch bei einem Kurztrip möchte man sich im Hotel wohlfühlen und das war in unserem Fall nicht gegeben.

Det jeg kunne lide : At hotellet ligger meget centralt og personalet er altid klar til at hjælpe. Det jeg kunne ikke lide : de gøre ikke sådan rent i hotelværelset kun sætte nye håndklæder og ordne sengen men at måske støvsuge eller fjerne snavs på gulvet var der intet af.

Het hotel maakt zowel van binnen als van buiten een oude en wat vervallen indruk. Degene aan de incheckbalie praatte binnensmonds en deed geen enkele moeite om zich goed verstaanbaar te maken en gaf bovendien verkeerde informatie over de parkeermogelijkheden. De kamer was ruim, de bedden erg matig, de douchecabine heel erg klein, de vloerbedekking oud en vies en geen koffie en of thee faciliteiten. Twee liften, waarvan één buiten gebruik voor negen verdiepingen dus zeer lange wachttijden. Positief was de locatie, op loopafstand van Alexanderplatz en de metro voor de deur. Totaal indruk is geen drie sterren waardig.
