"The accommodation was really well located and the size of the room was great. It was looking a little tired however with scuffs to the walls, chipped tiles on the bathroom floor and also on the furniture."

"The first week the WiFi was very slow. The following 5 days it was not working. The last two days they fixed it at last. Both cleaning ladies were ill and could not come as scheduled. The cooking area has no light and the ventilation didn’t work. In the shower room, there is no place for putting or hanging clothes. The room is spacious though. The hotel is situated in the town centre and near the u Bahn and bus stations, rather convenient. "

"Room was too hot, even when turning down the thermostat. No couch / table in room( 2 person in room). Had always couch/ table before when staying at same hotel."

"Fabulous friendly, helpful staff. The facilities, though basic, were in good condition, clean and well maintained. A super breakfast buffet. Only problem was the WiFi didn’t work well, so was basically useless. "
