Nice hotel. Close to the metro, shops and restaurants. There is a market near the hotel on Tuesdays, where you can buy cool things and delicious food. Generally, everything as described. I recommend

Room had not been cleaned when I arrived and the room smelled really badly of wee. The staff were really friendly but overall a bit disappointed with the hotel as it just came across as a bit run down.

We stayed at the hotel for 9 nights. The location was perfect for exploring the area, it was close to metro stations and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and professional, they greeted warmly. The room was perfect for what we needed it to be a place to relax and sleep. The bathroom was very clean and the amenities were all available.

Pleasant stay in one of the more alternative parts of town - bars and bouldering near by if you're in to that. Tube close to access and airport. Overall enjoyed it for a long weekend stay.

All in all I liked the hotel and as I was traveling by car I was provided with a car space. Close to the city attractions. rates were good and great service including breakfast.

Reasonably priced but you get what you pay for
The staff are friendly and the location in the heart of Kreuzberg is great. The room was not terribly clean, especially the floors, and the hotel overall has a dingy feel. The price is good and it was worth putting up with this for me but others might disagree.

This is the 5th time we have been to this hotel. The location is ideal for us, with Brammibal’s right around the corner. The staff are nice and helpful. Check in is really quick. However, there is a great variance in the standard of the different rooms. We will definitely be more mindful of the room we book next time we stay.

Excellent stay during 2019 Apr19-21
Clean, quiet hotel, staff are super friendly and helpful, location is superb and central to many options for food and drink within short walking distance. Rooms were clean, windows can open wide for great ventilation, and the elevator is nice when you're feeling lazy. In the 24hr check-in lobby, there is a fridge with beer and other drinks for purchase. Hotel feels secure at night because the hotel's main entrance locks at dark and is only openable with a keycard. We never heard anyone on our floor, so rooms are well-soundproofed or maybe no one was there. Would definitely stay again!

Mini break to Berlin
This hotel was 2 minutes away from the U-bahn. Plenty of good restaurants and cafes. Had a 3 night stay and would definitely go back

Very convenient for sightseeing. Easy to access. Would appreciate decent pillows. Mattresses are soft but not uncomfortable so I was pleased to have a good night’s sleep. Check in and check out swift and friendly. Would recommend if you just need a good clean room to sleep because you are out all day!

great location and very close to u-ban station. staff very kind. very reasonable price , good value for money. bed a little too soft and causes back pain if you have a problem with your back. but overall a very good hotel.

Great area for vegan food
This our fourth time in Berlin staying at this hotel. It was a good experience, and we’ll stay here again next time. We really like to local area, especially Brammibas which is only a couple of minutes walking distance away.

A gourmets delight
Chose this hotel, along with a few friends, because of the location to a workshop. We thought we'd compromise vicinity for quiet,...and was very surprised how quiet this hotel is (on the court-yard side). Add good WiFi and a modern bathroom,...with a friendly staff,...the value exceeded expectations. Also,...dozens and dozens of restaurants within a few blocks,...from Indian and Pakistani cuisine to pizza and outside cafes. If you don't want to eat out,...there are 5-6 grocery stores nearby,...the best being directly across the street,...where I got fresh blueberries everyday.

The hotel is really well located in Kreuzberg and the service cannot be faulted. My only criticism is that the rooms are quite hot so we chose to open the window, but the noise on the street is quite loud so we were woken up very early!

A lot of good restaurants,stores just on this street. Hotel have elevator. We had very good big room, refrigerator. In room electric kettle with tea packages and instant coffer. Hotel has own cafe where you can eat lunch Wifi in the room, but sometimes not work good

Location not great, but it is close to the subway. Breakfast is ok, but maybe not great for those that prefer an "American" breakfast. You can hear every noise from neighboring rooms. Staff was fairly helpful, though some could not communicate very well in English, which may be an issue if you don't understand enough German. Overall, not bad for the price, but I would not come here again.

We always use this hotel when we visit Berlin, mainly because of the location. Don't forget to visit the donut café, Brammibal's which is only a few minutes walk away.

Great for a quick trip to Berlin.

All good with stay at Hotel Prens
The Hotel Prens served as an ideal base for our stay in Berlin with no problems to report. Staff very helpful and friendly. Very close to the U Bahn station which made access to all areas of Berlin possible. Cafes and bars close by in the neighborhood.

Hotel Prens
This is our second time staying in this hotel. It is an excellent budget hotel with access to the U Bahn right outside the door. Great restaurants and bars in the area. Hotel staff were very prompt if you needed anything and the rooms/bathroom were v clean. My only issue was that, although the beds were made and towels replaced daily, if you had a drink or cup of tea the glasses and cups were not replaced or cleaned. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Although the hotel was situated on a main road it was extremely quiet and after busy days we got a good night's sleep. We loved its location in terms of getting to and from Schonefeld Airport and visiting various places in and around Berlin. We also enjoyed the vibrancy of the Kreuzberg area and the lovely bars and restaurants in the area.

Lovely Hotel
We had a great stay at this hotel, although for those of you not familiar with it, the breakfast is very typical german food, cold cuts, cheese, salad, tomatoes, and cucumber. However, they also had a small selection of breads, cereal and yogurt. The hotel itself was lovely, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was also very helpful, and spoke quite good english, which is not always the case in Berlin.

Great location, U Bahn is right on the doorstep and only takes 10 mins to Alexanderplatz. However my bed was a bit strange, double size but single cover and a very lumpy mattress. The curtains didn't go all the way across, so was woken early by sunlight

Excellent value for money in Kreuzberg, Berlin.
Short stay to visit son who is currently living in the neighbourhood of the hotel so the location was perfect. Plenty of bars and restaurants near by, close to the canal, easy access to the U Bahn system and easy access to the airport. Bike hire available at hotel and local bike shops. An easy bike hire ride to Berlin Templehof airport, now an urban park and well worth a visit. Hotel friendly and helpful and perfect for what we wanted. And excellent value for money. We plan to return.
