It's ok for the cost, but the rooms were outdated, some left rubbish on the floor from previous guests, breakfast was good but o my on the first day, on the second day it was considerably less, guy in the reception was nice and friendly, lady was lacking on friendliness. There's no kettle in the room, no iron unfortunately either.

Not luxurious, old furniture, could be better.
Old furniture throughout the room, and the beds were barely made up so I could feel the springs. The double bed was simply two single beds pushed together and you could feel the crack between them. The hotel is right by a busy main road so you can hear traffic throughout the night. The breakfast is basic continental breakfast.

Beware in Berlin
This was a 2.5 star at best. No clock in room, plugs did not work, mattress had springs coming thru. I felt duped by the Hotels.com agent who very much oversold this. I have lost confidence in their reviews. I am seriously considering going to a competitor, after many years booking thru you.

Great place to be in the middle of everything
This hotel is in the middle of everything! It is a great location next to a mall with food, shopping, an entertainment. Many sightseeing options are also within walking distance. The hotel is a little old, but the room was comfortable and clean. There is no AC, which was not a big deal, but we appreciated a fan on our second night that they let us use. We stayed in August and it was a hot couple of days. The breakfast was fairly typical of European style breakfasts with breads, meats and cheeses, spreads, cereal and eggs.
