The room was a converted hostel room, could hear everything above, outside, in the hall. People were smoking at the end of the hall with door open which floodwd the hallway with smoke. Breakfast was good. Staff were ok other than some dirty looks from some of the desk clerks.

Very Bad!

Old rooms and not fresh at all, very bad service and we did not feel welcome. They were not helpful, close to the road so you can hear traffic the whole night. Free parking around the hotell but when I asked they just wanted me to pay 50 euro for theirs instead of telling me there was also free Parking.

The hotel enjoy Berlin was absolutely terrible. There was limited services such as no replacement of toilet paper or soap. The room was given with a broken sink and shower which was not a good environment. The noise level in the building was not controlled. The towels that we were given had questionable stains on them. The pullout bed had uncomfortable metal rods sticking out.

Morgen buffet var OK, men personalet virkede ikke særligt serviceminded. Værelser, inventar og badeværelse er meget nedslidt. Der blev ikke gjort ordentligt rent. Tydeligt beskidte lagner blev ikke skiftet. Stoppet afløb på toilet og bad, løse klinker på badeværelset. Knager til håndklæder der var ved at falde ned af væggen. Dørhåndtag til toilet og vinduer var ved at falde af. Støj og larm fra naboer, smækken med dørerne. Jeg har været på hoteller i udviklingslande som har haft meget bedre kvalitet end dette, det her virkede som det mest slidte jeg nogensinde har været på. Kan ikke anbefales, jeg kommer ikke igen på dette sted

Gute Lage, Parkplatz gleich gegenüber und umsonst. Frühstück war ok. Zimmer sehr klein und in die Jahre gekommen. Abfluss in der Dusche lief sehr schlecht ab, Toilettespühlung war auch schwierig. Sehr dünne Wände, wir hatten eine sehr unruhige Nacht.

Dårlig komfort og manglende lydisolering

Hotellet virkede gammelt og slidt, men overordnet set var det i ok stand. Det, der trækker mest ned er hotellets senge, der på ingen måde er komfortable - dyner og puder var heller ikke meget værd. Derudover er hotellet meget lydt, hvilket man virkelig bemærker når man bor på etage med gæster, der går ud og ind af deres værelser hele tiden - dørene smækker nemlig af sig selv.

Unfreundliches Personal und Badezimmer hat gestunken. Im Zimmer sind die Wände sehr dünn, sodass man jeden in der Umgebung ganz deutlich hören konnte. Verbesserungswürdig.
