Convenient hotel to stay in. It is self check in. But all instructions are sent to you and are easy to follow. The lift was broken when we arrived but there was an employee stationed somewhere nearby to help with bags. Clean and quiet room.

Lift broke when we checked out and it was such an inconvience lifting and carrying luggages from level 6 all the way down to the ground floor. Otherwise the room and amenities are decent for its price.

Great location! Hidden gem in Bergen

Our family had a great stay at Magic Hotel Xhibition this summer. It was a great location, walking distance to everything in the City Center and conveniently located in the mall with a grocery store on the bottom floor. We were able to check in a few blocks away at the other Magic hotel and get the keys to our room. Signage inside the mall made it very easy to find our room. We were in a pinch to find a place to stay for one night in Bergen, and this ended up being a perfect option for us!

Great staff at the Korskirkin

I loved that the one that I stayed in was so helpful as finding the Xhibition one was challenging. I never did get an email telling me where/how to check in, so I went to the Korskirkin one to get help. (My flights were canceled and I ended up there one night early and needed a room). I was so impressed with the reception staff that I asked to move my reservation to there.

This hotel was very conveniently located in Bergen. We walked to the other Magic hotel to get our keys for check in as our mobile esims were not functioning well when we arrived. Many shopping and dining options nearby and close walk to train station and main area of the city.

No air in room very warm

Room was ok. They had many room inside house with and without window, we had with window ,like window to corridor what was not possible to open. Room had nearly no air and was very warm, nearly impossible to sleep. Place and house was generally good:)

As a foreign traveler the phone checkin was very difficult due to lack of internet availability and mobile phone cell service. The staff were very courteous and helpful especially housekeeping. Rooms are VERY basic but location was convenient for train station, city center and harbor area. Construction in the area was noisy as early as 4:30 a.m.

Hotel was adequate, the door to our floor was broken our entire stay, and the location was close to an outdoor even (may be a pro for some) but there was loud music until 1 am two of the nights we stayed there. Not the hotels fault, but worth considering if you choose to stay there

The hotel is very conveniently located to everything we wanted to see. Transportation from the airport was easy, one train and a short walk. Close to the ferry terminal as well. Staff was helpful even though it was remote only. So, you will have to have access to a phone (we had a roaming sim with phone). There wasn't one in the room. The room was clean and had everything we needed.

International phone numbers, or specifically from the US, do not receive the text message with your card key number so you'll have to call the hotel for the key card. They were very quick to answer though and everything was clean and tidy! Great for the price

Rocked up and there was a dude in my room who hadn't left. Walked over and spoke to the staff. They immediately put me in a new room, which was fantastic. Cleanliness was pretty good. For a budget room where you just want a bed, it was fine for that. At points the room did smell a bit of sewerage, but I just closed the bathroom door and that dealt with that. Again, it was perfectly acceptable for a quick budget overnight accommodation after hiking for a few days.

The room was below a nightclub and the music was unbearably loud until 3 am. The room was outstanding, but the digital key did not work so we had to walk to a separate hotel to get a physical key. They advertise free coffee at the room although there was only powdered coffee. The location was outstanding. I would probably find a quieter room for my next visit.

A for location which is central and walking distance to all the main sights in Bergen with plenty of restaurants as well. If you’re looking for somewhere quiet though, skip this place. The rooms have no AC so we had to sleep with our windows open and it was really loud as we faced a bus stop - and the garbage trucks rolled by before 6 so there was much banging and clanging as they did there pick up. Bathrooms are also quite small.

A lamp was defekt: when connected to the plugg in the wall, it flew fire sparkt out in the air. In spite of reporting, via telefone, to the reception monday evening, the lamp was never replaced!! I hope, - for the safety for the future guests, - that the pink lamp, in the - rather nice room 505, - wil ne replaced og the problem will be saved.
