"Nice big room facing back of property so not too noisy.Had cooking facilities with 2 ring hob,microwave,sink and fridge and bakery items arrived in basket outside room.at 730.Ear plugs provided as church bells close by ring from 730 onwards.Bathroom sink was all cracked and could do with replacing and walk in shower could do with being resealed as water leaked all over floor no matter what way turned shower head."

"Really nice room and facilities, super helpful staff. Excellent location beside the station and convenient for bus to Citta Alta. A fridge in our room would have been useful as weather was very warm. Breakfast options were good and nice to have the option to make a juice from fresh ingredients."

The people running Bagutta Suites are very nice and the room was well decorated, however, the communication and check in process is far from smooth. When you arrive at the listed address, there is no signage whatsoever. There is a locked wooden door amidst other doors on the street. I was dropped off by Uber and contemplated leaving because the Bagutta Suites were not answering the phone number...
