"We loved the hotel. Great location for the citta Alta which was less than 5 mins walk. The funicular to the castle was next door and we could watch it from the hotel room. Very clean and good sized room with a fantastic shower. Staff were very helpful and arranged a breakfast to be bagged for us on the day we left as our flight was very early. It’s was a very nice touch and made the early flight a little easier. Thanks so much."

Good Cleanliness compared to other hotels? Lower- standing water and some dirt in the rooms. The rooms are very spacious and well lit."

"I don't know what was worse. The instructions for entering were flawed, and the key was hidden in a secret place with a code that was never disclosed. I also rented the garage due to car trouble, and a few hours before, they told me there was no more space available. I only managed to get in thanks to the help of a kind and friendly Italian family staying there, but there were about 10 of them making a huge amount of noise early in the morning in the communal kitchen opposite my room.
