"Instructions for exact location were ambiguous. We arrived looking for the exact address and it took a few minutes to find the right door. There are several businesses at the same address and so there was some cony. This could have been pointed out to avoid such an issue . The apartment was large, spacious and clean. The heating system was not able to be controlled so the entire two days, we were too warm and so uncomfortable. For the washed clothes, it was advantageous. The tv did not work...

"The lock in the apartment is broken and it is almost impossible to close the door from the inside. Since this is a grand floor, it is completely unsafe. Also, there are no curtains in the room, and the external blinds are broken and passers-by from the street can look in. The faucet in the kitchen is broken and the water switch falls off when used.
