"This property is clean and well maintained. We arrived later in the evening, but check-in was quick. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, the only hot items were waffles and coffee. But the other food items made the breakfast sufficient. "We used the breakfast area to visit/play cards with other members of our group during the evening. We requested that the tv display the NFL (Sunday Night) game and was told that they are required to only display the Weather Channel. How crazy is that? Allow your staff to accommodate guest requests. We also asked for the volume of the background music to be turned down. Nope, corporate requirements say it needs to be set at a specific volume and type of music. Music selection definitely needs to be reviewed too. I would rather listen to “elevator music” than their chosen genre. Otherwise, we thought the room was very nice and far bigger than the industry standard. I appreciate that the bathroom is completely closed off by a doorway."
