They bend over backwards to help you—I got a horrible sunburn on a boat tour and the kitchen brought me fresh aloe. The food at each of the restaurants is delicious. "Ants and mosquitoes took over the room; housekeeper entered my room with a key twice, once while I was present and once when I clearly put the do not disturb sign on the door; management never followed up with my last complaint; a waiter was extremely rude to me. All these experiences made for a horrible stay after paying all the money to get there and for the hotel. Very bad business."
