"The hotel was great. The location was excellent, short distance from the Arnos Vale stadium, where many entertainment events were held. The hotel had ample self parking. The hotel grounds were lovely with lots of well maintained gardens. The restaurant and pool areas were well maintained. I had only breakfast service, not lunch or dinner. The breakfast service was excellent. Try the “Vincy breakfast” which included the best salt fish and bake that I’ve had in ages.
The hotel included an on-premise coffee shop and souvenir shop which was pricey so I didn’t patronize. Surprisingly the hotel room included neither complimentary bottles of water nor mini-bar drinks and snacks for purchase.
The rooms were well furnished and extremely clean. Laundry service was available but I didn’t use it. The shower took a little while to heat up, but the water eventually got sufficiently warm.
The reception and 24-hour security crews were very friendly and helpful. Assistance was provided for hiring taxi service in advance when needed.
Special mention to the front desk and reservation teams who went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable in the hotel and advised me on things to do during my visit during VincyMas.
All in all, this was one of my best hotel stays in recent memory. I wholeheartedly recommend Beachcombers Hotel to anyone visiting the Arnos Vale region of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines."
"Lovely hotel and very helpful staff with a great view & 24 hours security. Stayed in the presidential suite which is in a different building to the main hotel with its own pool. I think space would benefit from a few additional amenities within apartment style rooms to make stay more comfortable, eg: kitchen towel, spare garbage bags, more than one room key etc. Our biggest issue was not having a full length mirror which is available in standard rooms, so be prepared if you’re travelling for carnival. All in all a good stay."
"Property is super quiet, right on the board walk. Super close to the beach and a bunch of walkable places nearby. room is super comfy and spacious. Quite a worth it choice"
"Everything about Bequia beach was great. The staff are the friendliest and most helpful I’ve encountered. They bend over backwards to help you—I got a horrible sunburn on a boat tour and the kitchen brought me fresh aloe. The food at each of the restaurants is delicious. Unfortunately during our stay the beach had sargassum so wasn’t usable but there are 3 pools on the property and a free shuttle to jacks beach bar. But the most notable is the fact that due to an excessive flight delay we missed the last ferry to Bequia. The hotel and Expedia refunded the night we missed at the property, no questions asked. (We stayed one night at the sister hotel on St Vincent, which was perfect for what we needed.) Despite these bumps with our trip the hotel made up for it. Will definitely return and highly recommend to my friends."
"Very relaxing and quite resort. I solo traveled and enjoyed every moment of it! Beautiful room with a private pool and right by the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I recommend going to Princess Margaret beach. "
