"The hotel is 15 min walk from the "train station" where the train does not run now (there is a bus instead), or 5 min walk on a steep slope or stairs from a bus stop (this is also an only parking lot), which was hard for my old parents. The hotel staff are trained to be very kind for routines, but when we came back to pick up something we forgot, the staff made an obvious frown and even denied at the beginning ... I had to ask again before she finally went to check and brought us what we left...

"This place doesn't look like much from the outside, but it exceeds expectations. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was exciting and delicious, and the decor was creative with plants, travel information, and themes of Okinawa. Great for young or independent travelers who like a taste of multiculturalism. My parents in their late 50s also loved it and found it entertaining. Note: the bathroom facilities were a little rugged, if that's important to you."

"We booked 2 rooms for the 5 of us. This was the best stay we had out of the 3 ryokan experience we had for our trip this time. Hotel service was great, the onsen area was big with good atmosphere. We also enjoyed the dinner very much and they also have band playing music at the hotel lounge every night. My family and I enjoyed it very much and we wished we could stay for one more night! :)"

"夕食前に温泉に入りましたが、脱衣所にゴキが。出て直ぐにスタッフに伝えましたが、「忙しい」の一言で対応して貰えませんでした。 翌日、８時に予約していた朝食前に風呂に入りました。９時までが入浴時間でしたが、７時半くらいに連れ合いが脱衣所で着替え中に男性清掃員が入ってきたそうです。こんな事はあってはならない事ですし、万が一のことを考え女性用風呂には女性スタッフが確認してから、清掃を始めるべきです。"
