Great location, clean hotel within walking distance of so many shops and restaurants. Parking was kind of limited with one lot there and a parking garage across the street, but they also have valet service for a reasonable price.

Hyatt Place Fayetteville/Springdale
It was a lovely stay, amenities were great, food was average, but didn't love that we had to pay $30 to check in early. I have never paid that before at a Hyatt, or a luxury Hotel. Don't really understand the necessity of that charge.
