"I’ll start by saying that the rooms were very clean. The beds were very comfortable. My problem with my stay was that the staff when you needed them the door showed an open sign, but no one was ever in the office. You rang the doorbell. You have to stand there for at least 10 to 15 minutes to get a response. We wanted to use the pool, but the pool was literally green and full of dirt we wanted ice. Their ice machine was out of service when I pay a rate for something I expect to be able to use...
