We offer Continental Breakfast, the continental breakfast is a light option typically consisting of pastries and baked goods, fruits, toast, and coffee. Room smelt terrible, all 3 rooms we booked. No hot water barely tolerable to jump in out. Tub stopped up in 1 room. Floor so sticky feet shoes stuck to it. Gross

The room smelled like weed and there was no hot water the second day. Wasn’t a bad place just to lay your head. But not worth the price.

Staff and service was wonderful. However, the guests were some of the worst I have ever encountered. We stayed there several nights one of the nights the guest next-door played his car radio loudly past 11 o’clock at night, the next night somebody started their car and it sounded like, a bomb exploded outside our window, it was incredible how inconsiderate the guest staying at that hotel were, above us, children were running around all night, there is no insulation. I heard one of the rooms Apple Watch alarm. Go off in the wee hours of the morning, for that reason, we would probably not stay there again

Overall, this place is suitable and decent. However, the room I was assigned contained a slight smoke scent. I notified the front desk attendant (@ approx. 10 pm), and she responded that she would make a note of it for other staff to see. Two days later, during checkout in the morning, I asked another staff member if any note existed for my room. She looked into the computer and replied no. Other than that situation (which could’ve been problematic if I were accused of smoking in the room), my stay was pleasant. I hope to visit this location in the near future. Thank you! Overall, the staff at this hotel were courteous and helpful, the sheets on the bed were clean, and there were fresh linens available every day. The continental breakfast was also very decent. The hotel does need a good amount of repair work done though... peeling plaster on the ceilings, rusty and broken hinges on the doors and shower curtain rod, and a more thorough cleaning that gets the massive dusty cobwebs off the walls would go a long way.

Front desk was very unprofessional. When questioned about a charge of extra night placed on card she became very defensive. She gave me a complete runaround about this issue with no help. She refused to call management bc states they never answer the phone anyways. Contacted Expedia with no help either. Still trying to get my refund from the extra charge but I seem unable to get any answers since the motel and Expedia both deny taking the funds.

The outside of the property is a bit scruffy but the room was clean and very comfortable, with a good sized fridge and microwave. The area is very quiet and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Only hotel in Bennettsville. Wished we had traveled a little farther. While it was clean, it was not in great condition. Bedspread, carpeting, and bath tub all had cigarette burns. The room reeked of weed. Continental breakfast. Most of the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Hot water never ran out and the pressure was good. They do charge a nonfunable pet fee of $25. Didn’t tell us about it until check out, but not a big deal.

This hotel has holds in the wall. The bathroom is disgusting. The bed sheets had holes in them. It was dead bugs in my room. I call for clean linen and was told I had to bring the dirty towels to the front desk to obtain clean towels. I paid over $112 a night to say at this property and it was extremely disappointing.

Loud rap music from behind the property, I called the front desk, no action was taken. The shower is the size of an RV shower. Had a wad of hair in the floor and skin smoothing cream left on the bathroom counter. Beds need replacing, very hard. They did put a 1" cushion under the sheets. Didn't help.

This is ancient hotel and really dirty, and a lot of noise for kids running and yelling louder. Also I almost forgotten the a/c was very noise and hard to sleep. Two hotel in a row that is really disappointing. You as company need to verify before accepted place like this and other really expensive ones.

We arrived at 2:52 pm. Check in was at 3 pm. The lady at check in was very rude and told us that we were early and the room would not be ready until 4 pm. We had plans at 4 pm and had drove for 2 hours from another hotel. We did check in after I got upset with her. They had a sign on the wall stating check in was at 3 pm. When my husband pointed it out, she stated that you couldn't check in before 3 but could anytime after. They advertised a buffet breakfast but only had a continental breakfast. The area and hotel looked rough. I will not book there again.
