"This hotel is a scaled-down version of the Hilton Hotels out there. My room was great, the shower was incredible, the pillow was soft and comfortable along with the mattress, and I appreciated that there was a small kitchen with things available to use. However, there is a real lack of things offered for breakfast: no juice or milk, bagels and muffins are packaged in company bags, no place to sit down if you wanted to (unless you go outside, and that is a “no” in negative weather), BUT THE COFFEE WAS GREAT. I don’t think I’d ever stay here again. Sorry. The “real” Hilton is more accommodating"

Karen ran breakfast and was super engaged with guest needs, keeping things stocked and moving and chatting with my kids. We booked the same room on our travels back because it was so good for us."
