esta necesitando mantenimiento lo mas rapido posible, la limpieza de las habitaciones deja que desear, huelen a humedad y mal. el confor no es bueno. hacen actividades en vivo muy cera del lobby que son ruidosas y casi no se puede conversar

The best things about this hotel were the price and the breakfast. The standard of cleaning needs to be improved because for a 4 star hotel it’s very lacking. We found hairs in the shower and a finger or toe nail of a previous guest between the sheets and quilt cover. One of the pillowcases also had holes in it.

PLEASANT HOTEL
Hotel good but a little far out if you want to be in the thick of things!! Having said that, it's only about a 15 minute walk from the dove park.... up-hill...

Great hotel.
Couldn't fault the hotel for friendliness and cleanliness. Only five minutes walk to tapas bars and shops. Food was good although not particularly hot, but, you know the English for hot food! My one concern was one of the microwaves was damaged. The plate was cracked and chipped and there was damage to the floor inside the microwave. It looked like it had melted and burnt. I brought this to the attention of reception who immediately went to check. We were only at the hotel for two nights so not sure whether the microwave was replaced. It could be that, despite the damage, it was safe but I am no expert! I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Amazing but far away
Beautiful hotel, only down sides food not that great, plenty of choice but all Spanish, and also a long way from anywhere a lot of walking involved or 10€ taxi fare each way.

La pension complète est bien , il y a du choix, vin bière disponibles mais il manquait juste l'eau gazeuse . Personnel à l'écoute. Possibilité de prendre une "lunch box" pour manger le midi à l 'extérieur. L'accueil nous avait prévenu mais c'est dommage la chambre avec 3 lits simples n'avait pas de vue . La salle de sport a le mérite d'exister mais un peu petite. Le coffre dans la chambre est payant, dommage.

Sentimos que la limpieza no haya estado a la altura, intentamos mantener una calidad y una limpieza sobresaliente pero a veces, en pequeños detalles, puede afectar enormemente a la percepción de cada huésped. No dude en contactarnos para comunicarnos el resto de problemas e inconvenientes que haya tenido en su estancia, ya que consideramos que la valoración de 1 sobre 5 es una valoración muy baja sólo por una "limpieza regular". Plus jamais !!! L'arnaque du siecle
Attention cet hôtel n'est pas climatisé !!!!! Incroyable elle fonctionne au minimum la journée et à partir de 2h elle est coupée pour " facture d'électricité trop élevée " ( selon les propres mots des responsables ). Elle n'est rallumée que le matin !!! 34° et pas de climatisation. Pourquoi ne pas l'avoir noté sur le site ? Un oubli selon le gérant cette fois ci. Mais bientôt modifié sur le site pour avertir les clients qu'ils payent une chambre sans clim !!!!! Mais ça fait un an quand même.... Évier boucher, douche bouchée.... Que dire.. 4 étoiles ?????

Nous sommes extrêmement désolés que notre hôtel n’ait pas répondu à vos attentes. En revanche, la climatisation centrale ne s’éteint pas pendant la nuit, si vous avez eu un problème spécifique dans votre chambre, nous le regrettons. Merci d’être resté avec nous.
