"Excellent all round "

"So we booked online room only. The hotel itself is lovely very clean and well maintained and the room was suitable for our 3 night stay. The room had twin beds, shower, toilet, safe, TV, fridge and kettle and a very small balcony not big enough to sit in. The view isnt good you basically look out onto an alley (see photo) with a poor sea view. Towels were chabged every day and needs made up etc. Check in was easy. The lady on the desk did her best to upsell to us. This is where there is a big negative for the hotel. The lady upselled us breakfast saying it was usually €9.50 but on offer at €8 per person and promised English bacon and sausage etc. We paid and looked forward to it. However the breakfast was diabolical. It was served 7 til 11 we went at 10. Nothing left cereals run out, dry bread, coffee machine broken and the sausages well they were disgusting. No bacon. Everything was stone cold too. Went second day at 8.30am and no different it was not worth the money place next door does full engkish for less than €6. So don't get breakfast. Other than that the hotel is lovely and what is needed forna short stay."

"Lovely hotel which cannot be faulted in any way. Staff friendly & helpful, breakfast was good. Plenty of choice and food hot. Lovely pool area and spa. Room was clean, bright and there was plenty of room. Good location opposite beach and short walk to old town. "

"I would rate this hotel 5 stars but the pool was closed for 3 days during our stay, I understand this is sometimes out of hand due to water works in the Benidorm area, However a notice would have been nice. Other than that everything else including the room was perfect, well maintained, looks newly renovated. The breakfast coffees were lovely and the food was good. Will stay here again when I’m Back."

"Good room was on the to floor ideal for a single passenger clean room only bad things were i had to take my rubbish away as no one came into the room to clean and i had to ask for a towel and toilet roll but for the price i paid i would go back again if i could have the same room 601"

"The apartment met all expectations. What surpassed expectations was the staff! Andres and Javier in reception are both incredibly nice human beings who went above beyond (helping with luggage, walking me to the unit, getting maintenance late in the evening to repair the a/c.) Even the 2 maintenance men were personable and competent. Add the lending library in the lobby and I won't stay anywhere else in Benidorm!"
