The room was cleaned every day and towels were changed if left in bathroom. You could have beach towels with a deposit which could be changed every other day. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. All the staff were good and friendly very enjoyable stay

Staff were very friendly throughout making us feel welcomed. Hotel is in the perfect location to explore old town and the beach with a short walk to both. Room was perfect for the short stay and the breakfast buffet had plenty of choice to set you up for the day….. Overall great hotel, location and couldn’t have asked for more

Overall, our stay was good. The open buffet is large with plenty of options, and the swimming pools are very clean. However, the rooms feel old and outdated and could use some renovation. Unfortunately, one thing that spoiled our experience was finding a cockroach in our room on the last night of our stay.

Used my credit card for the first time ever in this hotel within 3 days my card company called to say that my card had been cloned and my card maxed out the only place this could have come from is this hotel as I have never used this card before using it in hotel servigroup

Good hotel and very well placed.

Check-in procedure very easy with very friendly and helpful staff. Upon going into the room however, there was a poor view from the balcony overlooking other apartments so privacy was somewhat limited.Due to this we approached the reception staff and they got us moved to a pool view, albeit on the next day due to having no available room. This caused us no problems and we moved the next morning. Try to get a pool side room it is a much better open view. The food was good and varied (we were on full board) when we ate at the hotel.*for breakfast you could even have champagne(Cava)* Bar prices reasonable but entertainment was for the older set and predominantly for the majority (85%) Spanish guests. We went to Old Town every night and it is only 15 mins walk away. There is more than one side to Benidorm so if you haven't been don't be put off. On the downside, the pool area end up in the shade for a while so you have to move a couple of times to keep the sun. The bigger pool is freezing but we are Brits and we can stand it !!

Due to the present situation (Covid) there were only around 10 people staying in the Hotel, but we were very impressed with the service we had and the care taken for our safety.
