"I think that the staff was very helpful in my time of need. With them being pet friendly helped out emensly since I had my two dogs in my transplant from Southern California to the Northern California area. The staff was understanding and very helpful and were very kind to my dogs. I would stay here again if I had the chance or the need."

"The room was fine. The pool was nice. Comfortable beds. There was only one entrance in or out for guests to use that were not emergency doors. We could not park by our room we had to go around to the front or park in front and walk to the back. It was not a huge deal but it would have made loading and unloading better. They had a free breakfast with a good amount of options. Perfect location to 6 flags. Only a few minute drive. Very near big selection of restraunts."

"I checked in and was given a room that was infested with roaches. I was given a different room that still had roaches and when i asked the older lady at the office if they had roach spray she seemed annoyed, she looked but couldnt find any. I ended up spending an extra $20 on bug spray and duct tape for their room. The rooms weren't the cleanest either. There was a open outlet behind the bed which was just a hole in the wall (thats what the duct tape was for). Waking up to roaches on the pillows...

"I’m sorry. Our experience was terrible with this property, I trust to book it because it’s Best western, it’s nothing like I saw in photos. We didn’t stay and I had to look for another place. Very disappointing."

"We loved the Union. It wasn't our first time there and it never disappoints. We had the largest room on the 3rd floor with a 180 degree view and amazing original furniture from the early 1900s. The only small complaint is that the king sized bed could use a new mattress. We didn't sleep well because it was pretty bad, but don't let this discourage you from staying there. Maybe they will read this and put a new mattress on the bed. :)"
