"Rooms are very nice and clean, staff very friendly and accommodating. The area around the property very 'hood like" kinda scary. Wish they could clean up the area, fix the ice machine, make a small dog park area and not allow shady RV's parking. It would be a nice place. "

"You get what you pay for: The towel issue was an inconvenience- having to turn in all used towels to get a refreshed set; there was also an issue with hot water, so I got up two hours earlier at 430 am to have a warm shower. Night shower was cold; direct tv service didn’t work on my final night; lastly I saw a roach in my bathroom on my last day there. You get what you pay for. "

"Parking was not the best but it’s behind the secure gate so it feels safe. Room is decent size and feels clean. "

"Had almost no bud bugs. Was relatively quiet depending on where you go. The peloton is broken and the Wi-Fi is pretty mediocre and overly complex for what it’s worth but the pillows were comfortable and you should sleep well if there’s no shootings nearby."

"restaurant was closed. pool was unusable. theres no water in the gym. staff didnt convey limited amenities until after check in, and wouldn’t offer compensation or refund. all we heard was “they were sorry, the hotel in under new management”. we booked this place for 10 days and had to suffer that long without any compensation or discount. very poor location."
