"The property was spotless and well decorated Off road parking was good Prompt repayment of deposit However We were sent the wrong entry code which was frustrating but there was prompt comms through text to get us in We marked the amenities down because it needs more glasses tumblers and mugs Finally confirmation that ID and deposit had been received would have been good"

"The apartment was exactly what we wanted! It was comfortable and clean! The host was wonderful and had no issue with answering any questions we had! The apartment is so close to the high street - a perfect spot for nights out or just a quick visit to the center. The only thing we found that there was not any oven trays for cooking but there was an oven. Not a dealbreaker at all and we just used foil that was provided. Just a point for the future! "Was very disappointed. Labelled ‘entire apartment’ ‘kitchen’ ‘1 bathroom’. It’s not an apartment it’s a room. Then it’s a shared bathroom with 2 other rooms. Not cheap, so I consider it mis-selling and have complained as such."
