Really nice unit with newer appliances, comfortable furniture and a great balcony that gets afternooon sun. The unit is set up for multiday stays and has a well-stocked kitchen.

There is no elevator so hauling things to the 3rd floor is a little more difficult. But it is quiet, right on the river and bike path. A grocery store is only a few blocks away, easy access to 3rd street. A good location.

The perfect place to stay, if you love being next to the water, and going for walks. The building itself was old, but the cottage was updated and the bed was comfortable. There was a large stain on the carpet in the bedroom, and the ceiling fan was REALLY dusty, but the rest of the unit was very clean.

This location is perfect…1/2 mile from downtown Bend. The view was spectacular of the Deschutes Spillway. The condo was clean, but needs “some love.” The photos on the website were beautiful of the condo; however, when we walked in…I was somewhat disappointed. Hopefully, the owners can be contacted and the condo can be updated.

SUCH a great property in an amazing location that is extremely walkable to everything you need in the downtown area. Gorgeous view of the river and very private! The room offers everything you need and the property has great amenities including pool and laundry room. 100% would stay here again.

Wifi is poor. Dont stay here if you need it for work. View was great! Location is nice. It has everything you need, except functional fast wifi. Bed was comfortable, kitchen has everything you need. Air conditioning worked well in the main living area was freezing while the bedroom was still too warm with the air on high and a fan pushing. Staff was friendly.

Good location

Overwhelming stinky smell throughout, was so bad we had to buy room spray after arriving. Other than that, place seemed mostly clean (lots of hair on bathroom floors and shower). Spacious with the two rooms and great location. Parking wasn't a blast.
