"The hotel was really nice and clean. We could not get the heater to work for a while but finally figured it out. The coffee bar was not restocked when we checked in and there were no cups in the lobby. When we woke up in the morning it was finally restocked. "The pre-check was a waste of time. It’s only good day of stay. There was something that looked like mouse poop on the couch when arrived. The toilet paper was the thinnest and cheapest I ever saw. The room had not enough K-cups for two. Other hotels have actual coffee makers, not cheap K- cup pods. The pre-packaged breakfast muffins were so bad I had to spit it out. "An amazing staff, so welcoming and kind. We came in late and had a quick check in. A place is very clean, very well maintained and right on a way to the waterfalls and hikes around. Great spot for a lay over or a few night stay!!"

"The staff were absolutely wonderful. They were so kind and thoughtful. Obviously the views were stunning, and it is in a great location, surrounded by many activities and local businesses. The rooms were very cozy and clean. Some of the amenities were out of order, but we didn't stay long enough to need to rely on them. The freezer didn't work and the fridge was off and on, but most everything else worked great. And again, the staff are so helpful. I would love to stay here again."
