"Just returned home from staying at the High Five for a few days. Our room was clean, staff were friendly and the place is conveniently located. Our only complaints were the shower stall is small (good luck trying to shave in the shower), no blow dryer and no light bulb in the table between both beds (we had to ask for one, which staff quickly brought us). I also did not understand the bed making logic, instead of the top sheet being on top of us it was a blanket then the top sheet, which seemed...

"Fair price but very old motel and extremely dark at night, since they're various buildings separated by a street, got a smoking room and it clearly says non smoking motel, they change me to a non smoking room, clean room but old."

"The room was clean but the furniture, sink and bathroom looks like it is original for this motel. I like the central location that is off the beaten path. HEB and McDonald's is about ten minutes away."

For the low budget money; it was well worthy. Staff Nikhil Patel was very friendly, courteous and smart to troubleshoot any problems or helping out with information. Recommendable to any people who in town for any purpose but needs a secure place to get tucked in."
