Also two twin beds not a king bed as we had booked. An apology would have been appreciated but none was offered. Other than that our stay was comfortable. "

"If it was just me staying here it would have been perfect. I love the location, Zwolle’s old town is an amazing place to stay. The room was large but the shower and sink area had no door, which presents some problems when you have other people there with you. The separate toilet although not uncommon in the Netherlands is a bit of a pain. It wasn’t the room in the photo, so we had different expectations, but this is our own fault. Our daughter had to sleep in a sofa bed, which again we were not...
