Short walk to the local shops. Lots of parking spaces never s struggle to get a space. Tehre was a wheelchair ramp up to the hotel reception. A 10 pin bowling alley shares the car park. It had a secure bicycle lock dedicated building, accessible with your room key card.

Our reservation was lost by the hotel. They found a room for us but not a deluxe room as we had reserved. Our new room was at a lesser cost but it was a much smaller room than we had booked. Also two twin beds not a king bed as we had booked. An apology would have been appreciated but none was offered. Other than that our stay was comfortable.

A nice, clean and quiet hotel.

We choose this hotel, because it was a perfect location on country site, for visit both Amsterdam and the Tulip garden Kuekenhof and colorfull fields and also for visiting some og the attractions in the north. Really a nice hotel, two restaurants next to the water.

Fine place, we did not try any of the amenities, so I'm not sure it really is a four star hotel. We were asked if we wanted breakfast the next day, and we replied if we could let them know in the morning. That brought a very sour expression on the receptionist's face. Why not smile and say it would be a great help for the kitchen if we could tell them the day before?

The location is great. Right on water, easy walk to downtown restaurant and shopping. The main problem we had was that the lady at the front desk was rude. We called on phone to ask if we can get a extra blanket. She rudely and abruptly said NO. I asked if we can get a couple of extra sheets instead of a blanket. She just lost it on that and shouted NO, NO, NO. Yes, three times.

Luxe kamer met groot terras aan waterkant is perfect. Ontbijtbuffet en avondbuffet uitgebreid. Entree was rommelig ivm verbouwing, maar daar niets van gemerkt. Mooi terras aan water. Hier voor 4e x geweest. Een keer zelfde kamer boven partycentrum, dat was vervelend.

Lage gut,direkt am See. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Zimmer waren sauber. Was uns gefehlt hat, war ein direkter Weg zum See mit Sitzplatz, dieses war nur über das Restaurant möglich. Bis auf Wassersport und Fahrradtouren hat der Ort Zwartlouis nicht viel zu bieten.

Gewoon goed. Heerlijk eten.

Geweldig hotel mooi gelegen aan het water. Gewoon nette kamer met goed bed. Heerlijk ontbijt met door de kok vers bereide ommelet spiegelei roerei enz. Verder ook genoeg keuze. Heerlijk restaurant met als extra ook een all you can eat restaurant. Heerlijk eten en niet duur. Kortom de kwaliteit van Ban der valk alleen niet die overdreven prijzen die van der valk hanteert. Normale prijs voor kamer ontbijt en diner. Aanrader.

Ein sehr schönes,ruhig gelegenes Hotel .Die kleine Ortschaft Zwartsluis war in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.Das Frühstücksbuffet sehr lecker und variationsreich.Der Ausblick auf den Kanal war nicht grandios.Man sitzt in gemütlicher Umgebung und die Schiffe gleiten vorbei.Es gibt 2 Restaurants im Hotel.Wir haben im Franks gegessen....Nur ein Wort:Klasse!!!!

Fantastiskt værelse med stor terrasse ud mod kanalen. Fortrinlig betjening i restauranten og rigtig god mad. Meget hundevenligt, hvor hundene måtte være med i restauranten. Hyggelig lille by i gåafstand.
