The hotel very Good, but charge for parking not good and when I enter the room not clean , but the lady on the frondesck changing the room for me. Room service nice e Breakfast ! I recomend.

A great place facing the Pampulha lake where you can join the locals take a couple miles easy walk around the lake and admires the architectures of the museums, beautiful church and mansions built in late 20th century. The staff was friendly but translation apps needed for further assistance after check-in.

O hotel é muito bom e esta em excelente localização, como muitas atividades para se realizar perto, porém necessita de uma manuteção urgente! Pintura nos quartos e banheiros, troca do espelho do banheiro que já se encontra deteriorado pela umidade do banho, manuteção do box e portas, além de conserto para o sistema de chaves dos quartos. Porém, mesmo com todas as adversidades, a equipe de atendimento foi IMPECÁVEL e EXTREMAMENTE atenciosa

A equipe é maravilhosa, todos os funcionários são educados e gentis. Entretanto, apesar da ótima localização, o hotel precisa urgentemente de manutenções, como por exemplo o banheiro do 216 que vaza água e molha tapete e todo o chão do banheiro! Além disso, o aparelho que configura as chaves do quartos não estava funcionando, o que para mim é inadmissível, visto que os funcionários tinha que subir com a gente todas as vezes para abrir as porta!

Fazendo uma comparação de 2 anos atrás, o café da manhã tinha um pouco mais de variedade. Uma outra observação, seria um problema temporário, no qual o cartão de abrir o quarto que é entregue ao hóspede, não estava funcionando. Dessa forma, o recepcionista toda vez tinha que deslocar até o quarto de cada hóspede para realizar a abertura dele. Outro aspecto foi o cofre, que pelo visto eles não funcionam em nenhum quarto, há algum tempo. Pois, ao solicitar ajuda a um funcionário para cadastrar uma senha no cofre, este funcionário informou que "eles não funcionam".

Péssima experiência

Tive uma péssima experiência, pois primeiro foi me dado um quarto que não tinha como ser fechado, pois a porta não funcionava a fechadura digital, ou seja, se eu saísse, teria que deixar a porta aberta. Tive que ser trocado de quarto, chegando no outro quarto, estava sem água, fiquei mais um tempo esperando até acharem onde era o registro, que nem os funcionários sabiam! No outro dia, fui solicitar um almoço, e foi informado que o restaurante não estava servindo os almoços, pois não tiveram tempo de fazer! Detalhe:tudo isso aconteceu em 2 dias que fiquei hospedado! Não recomendo e não voltaria.

Já foi muito melhor, mas piorou muito. Quarto parece que não foi limpo, travesseiro amarelado. Água com cheiro de lodo. Café da manhã bem fraco com poucas opções de frutas. Garagem bem apertada e se você chegar à noite não terá vagas onde irão te encaminhar para um outro estacionamento que não transmite muita segurança. Tem uma boa estrutura mas está descuidado.
