"Cute. Cozy. Quaint."

"The reception staff was very rude, I asked them about breakfast, they only have everything with porks, I don’t eat pork, when I asked the old man in reception, he said, this is not a restaurant and you can choose anything. What a messed up thing to say. 4 days we stayed and nothing we were able to eat good. They have an indoor pool, rooms are not bad. Location is not bad. They let a dog inside hotel, and that dog was barking all the time, it was super annoying. Never ever go there."

"Liked the view and the balcony chairs, fire pit in courtyard. Decent coffee and breakfast choices. Didn't like the long back hall to our room walk so far from elevator. Odd bathroom configuration, inconvenient and no place to set anything. Not one hook on the wall or space for toiletries. Need a couple folding suitcase racks, we used the ironing board, ha!"

"The main problem during our stay was the noise. The walls are extremely thin — we could hear everything, even the people in the next room using their microwave. We were placed between two rooms that seemed to be traveling together, and they partied and slammed their doors throughout the night. By 3 AM, we had to ask them to quiet down. I even have video of how loud it was. It’s also evident that the hotel is aware of the noise issue, as there are white noise machines already placed in the...

"Cabins were very cute and cozy. Our first cabin had a terrible bed and the staff was so friendly and very wonderful at being able to switch our cabin for our second night stay. Great hospitality!!! Thank you!!!"

"Heavy set receptionist lady with glasses didn't give off the nicest vibes but was still helpful. Amenities are top notch. Complimentary teas and coffee machine by the reception desk and they even have a diy smores station. Room smelled good and facilities were clean. This is what i'd call an excellent hotel."

"We got there at 8:55 and the website said the pool was open until 10. The front desk staff said the pool closed for kids at 9, which wasn’t said anywhere on the website. So we stood there with a crying toddler while the front desk ladies just stood and watched. It was just uncomfortable. Got to our room, the toilet wouldn’t flush and the phone didn’t work. Had to plunge to toilet three different times. No breakfast. Had to pay for everything. Just overall a lousy stay."
