"Excellent service and amenities. Very clean and comfy beds. Main complaints are how much light comes into the room despite the curtains and the constant street noise all night. We stayed on the 20th floor and were woken up all night from traffic and sirens. "

"We paid extra to use the club, which meant our rooms were upgraded, so we ended up on the top floor. The view was nice except most of it was looking out onto the convention center roof. We were hungry when we arrived and rushed back down to the club to learn lunch had just been put up so we had to go up The Nest On 4th and buy a meal. "Very clean, comfortable and quiet for my overnight stay for a flight the next morning. Free parking and good free breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Although I did not use the service, there is a free shuttle to the airport. Airport is about 8 min drive from this hotel. Pool closed due to maintenance. "
