"The staff was absolutely wonderful with the exception of the General Manager who was a bit crazy. I have never written that in a review, but I donā€™t know how else to describe her. Otherwise the hotel was fine. Not near the downtown at all, so that was a challenge, and the breakfast was all cold, but besides that, the hotel had AC (a plus) and was clean. More of a 3 star than a 4 star by US ratings."
