The lady at the front desk was so rude to my husband regarding his credit card saying it was declined but in fact it was the hotel's machine. It was helpful that the hotel has a variety of on-site amenities available (e.g., restaurant, shop, cafe and parking for a fee). There wasn't anything that stood out for a return visit. However, I will give it an A+ for cleanliness and staff.
