"The location of the property is good. However, the staff doesn't understand anything from customer service. They don't know how to treat you. Another problem is that they always close their entrace gate, and when you ring the door, you have wait for minutes for the door to be opened despite they see you outside."

"I had to leave because the noise was unbearable. We were supposed to stay for 2 nights but only stayed for 1 in the end due to the noise. We book a hotel to try and sleep in and relax. However the music from the bar was so loud. The music went on till midnight, then started again at 7am and went on the whole next day, louder at night. "Great location for me Room lovely and clean with all amenities you could need Excellent communication Free parking with plenty of space Wi-Fi for free Very close to a takeaway in case you get hungry Self check in but a number was given to contact owners if any issues.
